Engaging with Matched By Design, Inc does not create a therapist–client, attorney–client, mediator–client, or any other professional, legal, or fiduciary relationship.
3. No Guarantee of Match or Outcome
While we use professional training and insight to curate introductions and support emotional readiness, Matched By Design, Inc does not guarantee that you will find a match, enter a long-term relationship, or achieve any specific outcome. Relationship success depends on many factors outside our control, including your participation, communication, expectations, preferences, and interactions with others.
4. No Guarantee Regarding Other Clients
Matched By Design, Inc does not make any representations or warranties about the personality, character, compatibility, intentions, or relationship readiness of any individual you may meet through our services.
